Sorry, not sure how many they pressed of this one. The rarest one is the 10″ test press on clear vinyl – http://www.discogs.com/Deep-Blue-The-Helicopter-Tune-Remix-1/release/1090027 – almost impossible to track down a copy of that one, though
The Pink & Orange 10″s normally come as a double pack, have a look on Discogs there’s at least 1 double pack for sale at a reasonable price, but seems alot have been spit & only 1 for sale.
