The blatant innuendo and sexual imagery on Whitesnake’s earlier releases is so obvious it’s embarrassing. Fronted by the seemingly perma-horny David Coverdale these guys released several albums throughout the 70s before hitting the big time with their classic 1987 album which you should all know (and love). Slide It In was the album put out just before this and features the epic power ballad, Love Ain’t No Stranger. Go on, you know you love it.
